Frequently asked questions
GENERAL QUESTIONS
HELP! I’m looking for a Friday ticket/combi!
- Never buy a ticket via social media, auction sites, or second-hand platforms!
- Starting August 1, you can use our website to:
- Look for a sold-out ticket
- Resell a purchased ticket
- Change the name on a ticket once (service fee €16)
How does the Pukkelpop exchange service work?
From August 1, tickets can be listed for sale through the exchange service at a price you choose.
- The asking price can’t be higher than the original purchase price (festival ticket + camping + Recycling Deposit) plus 1.5% fees.
- Tickets can only be sold through our official exchange service.
- The buyer pays €16 in service fees for the name change.
- Once the ticket is sold, a confirmation email is sent immediately. The original ticket is canceled, and within 10 working days, the asking price minus 1.5% fees is refunded to the account or credit card used for the original purchase.
- If the ticket hasn’t been sold, it stays in the original buyer’s name and can still be used to enter the festival.
- A ticket can be removed from the exchange service 24 hours after being listed.
- A ticket with camping will always be resold including camping.
- The Recycling Deposit (€15) is refunded to the new ticket holder (if conditions are met). Keep this in mind when setting your asking price.
How do I automatically keep track of all Pukkelpop updates?
Keep track of all Pukkelpop updates automatically by signing up for the official Pukkelpop newsletter.
We also warmy recommend the PKP-app during the festival days.
When is Pukkelpop?
Pukkelpop takes place on the festival grounds of Kiewit, Hasselt in Belgium from August 14 to August 17.
What's the minimum age for attendance?
- There is no minimum or maximum age: everyone is welcome at Pukkelpop (but ... parents have the final say). There are no special ticket prices for children.
- Young teenager(s)? Make sure there is adult guidance - or even better - just come along! There's something for everyone at Pukkelpop!
- There are no adapted facilities for small children, we strongly advise against coming to the festival with them. There are no adjusted ticket prices either.
- Eighty plus? Yeah, eighty is mighty! Enough places to chill out and feel free to bring your offspring. Do you come with three or even four generations? Then definitely drop us a line at hello@pukkelpop.be.
