FIRST HEADLINERS FOR PUKKELPOP: FRED AGAIN..AND STORMZY!

Fred again..again! 

Fred again.. swiftly ascended from the underground dance scene to superstar status. Profession: musical craftsman. Genre: emotional dance music with hyper focus on connection and community. In 2022, he delivered a stellar performance at our Dance Hall, earning a five-star rating. A mere year later, at Rock Werchter, he nearly tore The Barn apart with an electrifying set. On Friday, August 16, brace yourself for another encounter with Fred again.. as he graces the Main Stage at Pukkelpop.

Stormzy, gentle giant of grime and goodness

Since his debut in 2017 and the release of his second album in 2019, Stormzy's versatility has been a source of admiration for Pukkelpop, continuing through to today. The influence and impact of this multi-award-winning British rapper transcend the realm of music. Stormzy's initiatives, such as #Merky Books, scholarships at Cambridge University, the #Merky Foundation for racial equality, and #Merky FC—an impassioned plea for increased representation in leadership positions within the soccer industry for the black community—solidify Stormzy as an inspiring icon. On Friday, August 16,  this gentle giant of grime and goodness takes our Main Stage.
